Everything was great, they were fast and efficient. I was paying off my loan, it took less than 5 mins.

This is the most unprofessional finance company that I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible, & I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here!

Stay clear!! If you can’t make sure they explain everything you are signing and get copies also video record your conversations as they seem to not have cctv to go back and verify what was said to you when signing your papers!! Just a very bad experience all around! Will never go back and letting everyone know to steer clear of them!!

I recommend going to Miss Whitney. Very nice lady and helped me as much as possible. Rest of staff Matt and Tristan were also nice towards me as well. Super friendly branch will be back for sure for further loans. Great service

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally worst customer service, they are all rude. I signed papers with a certain interest rate and they can’t explain to me why my interest each month is changing so drastically. Avoid this place at all cost. If there was an option for me to put 0 stars I definitely would!!!!!

WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER! They have been so rude and unprofessional from the start. They basically accused me of stealing my husband’s money because he signed the check and I (HIS WIFE) went to his bank and deposited it in to HIS (my HUSBANDS) account. Now they are threatening him that they can take his stuff and mine if he doesn’t pay them. They call ALL DAY LONG. He missed a few payments and he owes LESS than 1,000. You’d think he borrowed 1.5 million the way they threaten and harass US. They SERIOUSLY HARASS PEOPLE! STAY AWAY! And tower Loan~ save your reply and apologies.

Terrible experience. Loan was not properly disclosed. I was told the loan was simple interest. This was vital to me as I intended to pay the loan off early. The loan was NOT simple interest and it took nearly an additional 800.00 above principle to pay off the loan that I paid in full just 2 months into a 30 month term The attitude of both one of the employees and the store manager were rude, condescending and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone over the store manager she stated "there's NO ONE above me" which was a blatant lie. the District Manager, while polite, did nothing to remedy their illegal and improper loan disclosure. STAY AWAY. There are far better options out there
