Southern Title is a 5 star company. I deal with them for my real state transactions and always have a good experience. They have done bond for deed as well as regular closing for me. They are very professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. They are also fast in take care of your needs. They answer your emails fast, leave no questions unanswered and make sure the process is smooth and mistake free. I personally dealt with Jessica Brennan whom I only have wonderful things to speak about. She communicated with me every step of the way, her knowledge, patience and caring are some of the few virtues worth admiring from her. I highly recommend Southern Title! We just started using Southern Loan Servicing to service our Bond For Deed portfolio in Louisiana and couldn't be happier! Their team has made the set up process easy and they are quick to answer any questions that we have.Best part is we don't have to think about our loans anymore ...Southern Loan Servicing handles everything .. we get notifications on our phone when our payments come thru and if anyone is late Southern loan Servicing handles that too. I would highly recommend them!

Quite literally one of the best loan servicing companies I have ever seen. Jessica Brennan helped me get set up and she was the absolute best. She has always been available when I have questions on the phone, super responsive to email, and their diligence is out of this world.
