Horrible I'm not sure if they are a legitimate lender. You borrow $500 and if not paid in thirty days it becomes $900. Their loans don't show up on your credit so you never receive any acknowledgement for the payments. They make you sign up for all kind of programs and insurances for the loan allegedly. When something of importance does happen like being unemployed for some reason those programs don't come into play. Whatever you do do not use Arrow Loan as a lending option they are complete scam and a ripoff You are better trying to go to Sunbelt credit or First Franklin.

I referred a friend to apply for a loan in which she told the loan agent that I referred her. She received the loan. When I called and spoke to the agent she received the loan with, she told me that my friend did not say she was referred by me. She said she put me down as a reference. She's lying & doesn't want to follow Arrow Loans policy! I will be contacting corporate about this matter and WILL NOT be referring another person to this location!

I have had nothing but great customer service skills from the young lady in the office. Not sure how many work in the office because I call in to pay my note due to my disability but I have always been treated with kindness!! Thank you!!

These people have tried twice now to garnish my wages for a debt that is not mine. They do not do the basic research before filing for a judgement to garnish someone's wages. None of the information matches, the name is not the same, the date of birth, social or address matches but they have still served attempts to garnish wages to 2 of my employers. Even the court says that they just find someone with a name that almost matches and file paperwork instead of doing the research to verify that the person they are serving is the same person that owes the debt. It's so irresponsible. With the ease that you can find information online these days there is no reason things like this should happen, especially not more than once. Ridiculous!
