Tower Loan, Houma, LA

Will NEVER do business here again. Only dealt with them by default because they bought out Harrison Finance, paid out title loan in full but it took 9 months to get title back. They finally get my husband's title back but try to tell me he has an outstanding loan from 2002 for $1,200! But have been calling me for months to make loans up to $2000. SERIOUSLY?! So I go speak to them personally & tell them this was fraud committed by his ex wife but they weren't even trying to listen. Saying it wasn't possible that anyone else could have done it. That's fine, but as soon as I said we weren't paying it & were going to dispute it, they say there's nothing to dispute because it's been over 5 years so they couldn't pursue it. So then why were they trying to get me to set up payment plans to pay it off?! Yeah, like I said WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!

I already had an exiting loan that was originally thru Harrison Finance that was transferred over to Tower Loan, to my disappointment that they were transferred to Tower Loan I said okay I will give them a chance. I pay my loan on time every month and when I go in to pay they always ask if I would like a little extra cash today, I usually respond not today. They also send us letters to let us know that we may be able to borrow a little cash being we pay our note on time and that we are great customers. Well we wanted to take them up on the offer for a little extra cash, so I called (3/21/19) and I was connected to Megan she took the application over phone, put me on hold she came back and said that she will call me back and let me know. So I waited for the call well no call, so I made the call the following day 3/22/19 at 10:45 am. I said I was calling to check status of application she checked and came back and said I'm sorry we cannot do anything for you today, I was like why didn't anyone call me yesterday and let us know that? She replied the application probably got lost due to so many others, I was like what, well instead of getting irate I said I wish someone would have called me yesterday instead of waiting all day for phone call, I put all on hold for the day waiting on a call from them. I could have gotten rude but I did not I said thanks and hung up. Well I decided I will post a review which will be seen by many. So Tower Loan DO NOT ever ask us being that you say we are a great customer and we pay our loan on time each and every month to borrow or send a letter to us to borrow money. We will pay our loan off and never do business with this place ever again. I WILL NOT send anyone there or refer anyone to this place. WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I wish it was still Harrison Finance now that was a great place to do business. So People fare warning go some where else to borrow money these people are not worth the time and effort to do business with even tho they tell you are a great customer and that you may be able to borrow a little cash. Take the effort and go some where else. I wish I didn't have to give a star but I couldn't post this if I didn't, you, Tower Loan are not worth a Star.

They refuse my payments not once but twice never do any business with them

No one would loan me a tower. It was very upsetting.

I am filing on behalf of my sister. The office that Tower Loan is taking over is called Arrow Loan. We have been trying to work with them for a while on her loan. We ended up developing a payment plan. Upon her attempting to make the third payment, they advised her that they could no longer adhere to the payment arrangement and wanted her to pay a large amount. (The whole reason for the loan was to catch up financially). They served her a judgement that she received very late. She called back and attempted to explain why she hadn’t made a payment and the folks in the office have been extremely rude with her. She is trying her best to pay them and they are refusing to do so. We both understand that she has to pay them back but she should have never been told by the manager that “you are the one begging.” She was also given three different amounts on what she owed. The customer service has horrible and extremely unprofessional that one of the service reps was told to hang up the phone on my sister. If a company wants their money back, would you not work with the client? When my sister called on Friday, she was told by one person that he was trying to cancel her loan. Instead he did a new application on her without telling her that’s what he was doing. She then got denied and they never told her that she was denied. They keep telling my sister that they will just garnish her wages. I have never experienced such grievously gross customer service in my entire life.

Manager of this business is absolutely horrible. No compassion for anyone's health. I pray to God she never falls ill or falls on hard times. This business will never be profitable with her management as she is not willing to work with anyone. I guess if my husband falls bankruptcy they will get pennies on this account compared to what they would have gotten if she had just agreed to take the money we were going to pay. Stay away from arrow loans!!!

I rather deal with having to pull my fingernails out then EVERRR do business with this company again they tried taking multiple payments off of my card and when asked they openly called me a liar like I didn't have the transaction from my card on my phone.Then threaten us because they messed up. Long story short I would wish this on anybody AVOID ALL INTERACTIONS WITH THIS PLACE AND THE PPL Absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism and ppl that call themselves human. 0 stars for this "KAREN COMPANY"
