Ms.Marie is professional and does her best but these people hire the most unprofessional people I ever encountered. The guy Corey is professional as well. The other ladies are so nasty and rude. But guess what I talk crazy right back to them because you will not disrespect me!

DO NOT EVER APPLY ONLINE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I haven't even finished my application and I've received at least 4 spam texts in the last 5 hours.

I give this place zero stars. Not only did they lose my title. They didn't bother to call me and tell me. Waited 8 weeks because they said it would be 6 weeks. They did not offer to pay for what they lost and I would not trust them to get it done. I wish I could talk to someone higher up than the store manager but I have to get back to work and spend my lunch break applying for a title. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Made a purchase at a local dealer who was offering 0%. Last time I made a purchase here it's went thru Harrison Finacial (who were great ). Always pay on time (and more than min. amount), but they constantly call harassing me to take out more loans. I tried to ask politely to stop the harassment, but to no avail. I'm no longer polite with them, but they still keep calling. I will pay this loan off early and will NEVER do business with these people AGAIN!! I even talked to the owner of the business I made the purchase and now seeking other companies to handle his financed purchases.

The staff here is very professional and courteous. I called and spoke to Maria over the phone; and she processed my application and called back when was approved. Another staff member finished when I got there; he was just as awesome. I highly recommend Kenner Tower Loan.

I adjusted my star rating from 3 to 5. I've now had some time doing business with Tower Loan and I think they deserve a great rating! They are very helpful and easy to do business with. They have several payment options when it's time to pay your bill. And the best part is your credit score goes up, up and up as you re-pay your loan on time!!

Terrible experience. Loan was not properly disclosed. I was told the loan was simple interest. This was vital to me as I intended to pay the loan off early. The loan was NOT simple interest and it took nearly an additional 800.00 above principle to pay off the loan that I paid in full just 2 months into a 30 month term The attitude of both one of the employees and the store manager were rude, condescending and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone over the store manager she stated "there's NO ONE above me" which was a blatant lie. the District Manager, while polite, did nothing to remedy their illegal and improper loan disclosure. STAY AWAY. There are far better options out there
