I thought they were great as long as they were taking My money BUT if you purchase the insurance beware It become like pulling teeth. Made claim had to get dr. Paperwork which was also fine, until insurance stop paying &stop sending dr. Form.. Casey use to be good also as long as they were getting money ,BUT when insurance drop the ball . They started calling from Blocked numbers, call will not go threw, so she thought I just wasn’t answering. Made all payments on time every time for 10 years With outrageous interest if not longer until 2017when I became disabled..Tried calling Casey to fix problem and she was not helpful with a very bad attitude.

Casey is always on top of her game. I've used Onemain on more than one occasion and it's always a quick and painless experience. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

The best experience I have ever had dealing with a loan company . I was afraid at first because of my credit , however , Casey Muffoletto went way beyond any of my expectations !! Just got a loan at this place an 2 months in a row they pulled my payment twice an left me short on money an takes there good ole time getting your money back to u. Should of went somewhere else. They suck
