I normally don't give ratings. Today is one of those days where I believe I should. I called at or around 11am to get approved for an installment loan(Which I would've liked to have had by today). Its now after 4:30pm!! I was told I was going to get a call back in 30min to and hour and that never happened. I called 3x at 3 different times. One time, her boss was on lunch,had to wait an hour. Next time,no answer. Third time, I get told that they're really busy and they'll call me tomorrow, which I don't believe. I'm more than sure I'll have to call them tomorrow as well. Moral of it all, if you need money fast because of a financial bind, DO NOT get your hopes up with these individuals

Southwest Loan Co. of Acadiana is the best place for a loan agency !!! I am in the process of establishing credit and this was so fast and easy🤗😍 I was approved and my loan was deposited in my account in less than a day. The process to apply was quick and easy. Just filled on info, uploaded a few check stubs, and presto! Great great great!
