When calling to make a payment they told me they could get me 300 and no payment until Dec. They told me they got me approved the next day when I was suppose to go do my paper work got a call from the mangers telling me it was a mistake. Really. If I would have went yesterday or been on time I would have gotten my loan

I signed up for a 12 month no interest loan through a different business that had used this place to issue the loan. If I would have taken longer than the 12 months while paying the minimum payments my interest rates would have been around 30% and I have good credit. In order to pay online you have to pay an extra $2.40 a payment or go into the location and pay in person and not have to pay extra. In a time where most people don't carry cash, this is extremely inconvenient and a poor business practice. One time I went in to pay, they had writing on a white board about bonuses for who can issue out enough loans. I'm sure this explains why I started receiving one call every month or two asking if I needed a loan after I paid it off. I asked them to please not call me back and the person on the line's attitude changed and they said ok and hung up on me.

Stay away from Johnston St. location in Lafayette La! The staff is so unprofession! They will call you everyday regardless if you're late or not like no joke everyday dang day. You will end up paying double if not triple of what you borrow. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. Never do business with these ppl again.!!

They keep coming to my house and the person they're looking for doesn't live here! I've spoken with a manager several times because they won't leave and I'm filing a report with the police.

Some lady came to my house said she was the manager I told her I went through a hardship ain't she telling me she going to come back with the sheriff and take the stuff that's on paperwork from my house to pay the loan off I told her I wouldn't have the money until the weekend I can give her something then and she demanded that I pay her buy Wednesday and she kept on threatening me and then when she was walking away she said have a blessed day they are very rude stuck up never heard of a loan company coming to your house to collect a debt
