I really like the staff. The lady that's regularly there is so friendly. I love talking to her. She doesn't waste your time She gets you in and out quickly and even if you dont qualify she still tries to help amazing staff. I hope she gets a raise

Why is it taking over that for someone to notify me that they've lost my title. Let me phrase . Why didnt anyone notify me that they had lost my title over a month. IM very disappointed in the service. Witnessed this happening to other customers and I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me. Clearly I was wrong

Have been told they could do a title loan even though it is a texas title. Went in and was told no and got no help! Wont be going there again. 1 star only cause it wouldnt let me give none!!

On my first encounter with this establishment I was greeted by Lin. She informed me of all the necessary documents needed to acquire funds. She was very sweet, and kind. I will recommend her to my family and friends. For she is the best representative I have come in contact with.
