My mom have experienced the same rude customer experience from the staff and manager name Charity. She is afraid to call back due to the threats that was made in December. I would love to speak to the district manager that is over the Lake Charles Louisiana Branch..

Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. When you set up payment dates they call and bug you knowing you've already stated a date for the payment. Yes I know it's a loan, but I don't need to be called 20x a day to be reminded of the loan. The collections agent had the balls to try and argue with me about when to make a payment. Sorry money doesn't fall from trees and I can't pay you every day you call!

They're not professional at all I walked in they asked how they could help. Didn't asked me to go to a desk to sit and out of 3 people working not one ever stood up. They just yelled my business across the room. Not like it wasn't personal business or anything. I would not ever recommend anyone to do business with them.

Worst care ever received. Will never work with you if you have financial difficulties. Do not go here. Horrible.

The girls are always helpful and friendly. I only make loans with Republic Finance.
