Be careful with these people, they take unauthorized unscheduled payments. Happen to me 3 times and every time they bame district manager for doing it. I say if whoever the district manager is didn't make the loan for you they have no business taking any payment from you without your consent!!

Absolutely horrible place to do business. They lie when you make arrangements. They do not honor them and then run your whole check without calling you. Bridget is the one who is the liar. If you have to do this my suggestion is the DeRidder store. Very honest and above board

One lady was so rude, Bc I couldn’t make someone answer them that took a loan out with them, no need to be rude to me when I haven’t done anything, need to work on their customer service.
