Don’t waste your time with these people. Got a hard pull on my credit for no reason after they clearly stated excellent pre-qualified odds. Sent in all documents needed and said could not verify income. Sent bank statements from last 3 months with income verified on all bank statements. They called and verified with the owner of the company along with recent check stubs. Complete waste of time and lowered credit score avoid at all cost.

Karen Price is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Very helpful, knowledgeable and courtesy. She was easy to work with and made the loan process enjoyable. Always available for contact, answer questions or advice. I would specifically use Karen again for my next loan. Very satisfied customer.

As a current 2yr customer with perfect payment history, very disappointed in my experience in request of new loan or refinance. Logged into my online acct for request, preapproved for certain amount to meet my needs...send in requested info and all as stated...called back by local and prdvious 1st rep on Friday as approved but only 1/3 of amount preapproved...was ok with that to meet some of my needs...schedule closing appt for Monday...called monday to confirm appt and told, due to no error of our own we are now not approved for loan but only cash advance. no loan but nothing changed on crdt history...except a credit pull ding now from OneMain. Went from current preapproved $10k loan customer to a $500 cash advance no loan customer after being told approved with no crdt factor changed. stay clear of OneMain thanks for the help and "human" treatment

She called me in to sign loan and when I get there she said not approved. She took all info over the phone why would she make me come in if not approved and waste my time

Baneatta, wasted my time! I was approved for a car loan but she gave me the run around! 2 days later after calling several times, I could no longer get it. Either go to a different location or use a different company.

I highly recommend OneMain Financial! The process was very quick and easy! I had the pleasure of working with James who was very pleasant and informative. I was very surprised at how quickly the loan was processed without even having to go into an office.
