BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller “accidentally” gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything.
And let’s not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. I’ve never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness)
I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank.

The worst Bank ever, no customer service what so ever, I do not recommend this bank to anybody. They All liars, The manager "Mike" Stays on Lunch all day, on the other hand Judy in the load department will hang up the phone on your face if you have an issue or complaining. The Bank Doesn't cover Business Account with $35 and will Return the Charge and mess up your business. I been in business for over 10 years and this is the first time I hear that the bank won't cover you for $300 even if you deposit over $50 K a month. Employees have no respect for people, lack of experience, and horrible customer service. If you have a problem do not bother calling because you will stay on the phone for more than four hours trying to get some help, but at the end you won't get any help and you wont solve the issue you were calling about. This is the way MBL "Morons Bank" treat their loyal customer.

I am from out of town and I have been staying in Minden for a couple of months now for work. I have been using this bank to get the quarters that I need to do laundry on Saturdays for a few weeks now but today they would not give me quarters due to not having an account. I explained about me not being from this area and not being able to have an account at this bank and there is no where else for me to get quarters on Saturday’s and that they have been giving me quarters for a couple of months already. The girl acted like she didn’t know what to do and still told me no. I don’t see the problem of trading cash for quarters even if I do not have an account. I would not have an account at this bank if the way that they treated me today represents the way that they help people.
