Tower Loan, Minden, LA

We have done business with Tower loans for 4 years. The interest is criminal but we have never had a problem with them. I needed to skip a payment so to speak and I called them about it, before the bill was due. I was informed there is no skip a payment but I could pay a double payment plus late fees on the following due date and they would notate on the account. So this gave me a month to come up with the funds cool. I received a late payment letter in the mail which I'm sure they do for legal purposes but otherwise I have not heard from them. Again outside of the ridiculous interest this is a loan company and relations are good since I pay my bill. I'm sure If I didn't make that double payment I would be in a different state of mind but it would be my fault at that point.

Tower Loan in Minden is Fantastic! If you don't pay your bill then yes! They will call you, as long as you pay it off every month, LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO, then no problem. I have had at least 5 Tower Loans over the last 8 yrs.

This is the worst place to ever do business with. They are quick to call you when you are one day late and want more information about you then a doctors office, but when you need information about a loan you have or contact information for a company they work with on your loan they don't have it. They Claim the company only works via Email. I had a title loan on a vehicle. They electronically filled it with a third party. when the loan was paid off I have waited weeks for the title when I called they said it was released and they don't have it. They work with auto title company in South Louisiana. but they did not have the contact information for them. I asked them why not . they only had an email address and would not give me that. I found the number for the Auto title Company nline and called them and and found out Tower Loan did not release the Title when they said they did but 3 days later which pushed them sending out the title. Tower Loan will give you the run around because they dont really care about the customers. they just care about they Money and when they have your money they push everything off on some one else. If there was a neg star is would be that

I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again in my life. The harassing calls are more than one man can take. They will call you from five different numbers ad if they are the mob. On top of that ,they will offer you more money to cover ur loan and get caught up but get mad and will threat you when u turn it down... I know all my rights and so they will too........thanks for reading this.. :)

I CONTACTED TOWER LOAN IN MAY TO OBTAIN MY BALANCE. I DO NOT RECALL THE MALE EMPLOYEE'S NAME THAT I SPOKE WITH. I WAS TOLD MY BALANCE WAS APPROXIMATELY &1800.00. I CALLED TODAY, JUNE 18, 2015 TO OBTAIN MY BALANCE. I WAS TOLD MY BALANCE $2180.00. I MADE A PAYMENT OF $200.00. INSTEAD OF MY BALANCE DECREASING, IT IS INCREASING!!!!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT????? I SPOKE WITH AN EMPLOYEE WHOSE NAME IS MEELI. SHE INSISTED THAT I WAS GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION LAST MONTH WHEN I CALLED. SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS IS GOING ON FOR SURE!!!!! I JUST HAPPENED TO BE ON THE INTERNET READING SOME OF THE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD WITH TOWER LOAN INVOLVING OUTRAGEOUS INTEREST RATES, ESPECIALLY IF A CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO PAY THEIR LOAN OFF. I DECIDED I HAD BETTER CONTACT TOWER LOAN TO CHECK ON MY ACCOUNT. OH MY GOD....I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION AS SOME OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO MONITOR MY ACCOUNT VERY CLOSELY FROM NOW ON. IF MY BALANCE CONTINUES TO INCREASE RATHER THAN DECREASE, I AM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND IT IS SENSELESS! STOP ROBBING PEOPLE TOWER LOAN. NO MORE FRAUDULENT CHARGES.
