Don't have ability to accept documents from online sources in 2022. Most companies are all paperless. Then lady stated they get company emails days late. Wow!!!

The people here are great and understanding! Will help you to their fulllest extent. Just talk to them and they will help however they can.

The employees here were very rude! They told me they could not help, even though every requirement was met, and all items requested were provided to them, proof of residence, identification, proof of income which was above their requirements, all things provided as per their own statements by phone prior to driving the 35 minutes to this judgmental, discriminatory place. Their excuse... "we don't see enough transactions", even though there were hundreds of transactions printed out for them, including ALL required income deposits over a 4 month period. I believe it was discrimination against a white disabled firefighter... and yes they do take disability! Discrimination against a disabled firefighter...how sad can you get!!! I would not recommend this business at all! Matter of fact I'd highly recommend avoiding it at all costs! I've never been treated with such disrespect, they were literally rude! If there was a negative 5 stars to choose from that would be the rating for the service here. I'd be embarrassed if I were them, the owner should be very aware... Disgraceful!!!
