OneMain Financial, Opelousas, LA

I have been dealing with this company for a couple of years now and I must say the Opelousas branch has always been very helpful with my account. I would recomend anyone who needs a loan to them.

As of today 12-27-18, local reps at Opelousas claimed their fax machine is working, but it's not. tried calling several times 24/7 from different phones, always busy. No one wants to verify if their fax line is broken or what.Someone named Stephanie, asked for tax info to complete my application, I sent to email, She never got back to verify if she received. After much run around, I was declined for more money. Looks like people don't want to do their job. Very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this place no anyone I know.

Nice people. I had thought I made my monthly payment online, but, for whatever reasons, it hadn't gone through. Well, instead of them penalizing me, they called to let me know and I paid them asap! They could have charged me a late fee and put that late info on my credit score, but, didn't! My records had shown that I had consistently paid and they figured something went wrong accidently on my side (which, they were correct!). I really appreciated them for that!

I wanted to consolidate my bills. I applied and it took only one day to approve me. I am very thankful.
