We cannot recommend Rayne Building & Loan enough!! Everyone we worked with was so kind and they made the whole loan process so easy. It was by far our best experience working with a bank for a loan. If you are looking for a loan to build a house this is the place to go!

We had a great experience using Rayne Building and Loan for our construction loan. Everyone we dealt with were super nice and helpful. Kuddos to Kristi Peltier and Jody Cormier for always being available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Rayne Building & Loan. Their rates were the best around.

Great experience so far with our loan. Sucked we had to put down 25%, but rates were good, they are local. Only thing I don’t like is I can’t pay online. For .50 I can mail it, but it’s knowing will the payment get lost in the mail. If I realize what day it is Instead of making a trip to pay it I could of online. With that would like to be able to see atleast see the balance.

I could not recommend Rayne Building & Loan enough to anyone who is purchasing or building a home. Mrs. Rachel and Mrs. Jody were life savers throughout the entire process and made the process a breeze. Small town customer service can’t be beat, thank you for everything!
