There were 2 ladies in the office and both of them were extremely helpful and so nice. Not sure of her name so I will call her Ms T. She has the patience of Job. The documents I had to furnish were on my phone. No problem right?? Wrong, when ur battery goes completely down and no way to charge it its an issue. She went above and beyond to get all documents and to sum it up, I walked out a very happy customer and money on my card. This place Rocks!!@@@
