I have never posted a late payment since I been with them July of last year. You'd think they care since they took out nearly 200 dollars more than the automatic monthly payment. They don't. It's been two weeks and no refund back into my debit account. All they needed was proof of insurance. No courtesy call. Just a letter in the mail that I never received about the extra payment. "Oh we don't make courtesy calls on that we just send out letters." Oh, I guess anytime you want more business you'll make a call. Not when it's needed to properly communicate with the customer only for more business. I get it. Never again.

It's Been. Since 08/12/2021 And I Still Have Not Gotten My Money From My Loan Being Approved..So There for I'm Not Happy..
