I borrowed $200 (10/27) in anticipation of cash needed for Hurricane Zeta. The loan agreement was for repayment on 12/1 (the office said it couldn't offer a repayment on 11/01 my retirement payday. So I asked if there was a penalty if I paid early and was told "no". However, when I paid on 11/01 I was still charged $50. I wouldn't have ever agreed to this loan if I would be charged this amount for borrowing for 6 days. I will never or recommend this company for loans.

If I could give this company no stars and still write a review I definitely would. They don’t care about their customers. I had a promise to pay and they still sent my check in. I have never been late and always paid on time. Will be filing a complaint with the CFPB for Unfair, deceptive, abusive acts and practices!

Disregard the negative reviews you are reading. This is by far the best loan place I have ever dealt with. Miss Felicia is the nicest person you'll ever meet, and she is always there to help you. I've been dealing with this company for a long time. As long as you pay on time you'll never have any problems. You have to remember people, they're in business to make money also, so you should go in here knowing this. A $50 fee on a 200 or $300 loan is an extremely low amount to pay no matter where you go. So I don't know what all the fuss is about on those negative reviews. Just sounds to me like the negative people are just trying to get over on somebody. I'll go to bat for this company anytime. Anytime I've ever needed money they were there for me. Five stars all the way! BenJAMMIN says so!😁
