I absolutely love these ladies! They are flexible and have assisted me 4 times over! I’ve never had any problems and when I’m late making a payment they are understanding.

Bought furniture and had financed at Ashley furniture. Ashley set-up the loan through them. I never received any note or paperwork for what seemed to be a month or two after the delivery. My intention is to pay the furniture off in two years or less to avoid way stupid interest charges (which is what I am doing). I noted in the contract that if payments were not made by so and so date, then full interest would apply. I never received a statement until after this date. I called them looking for a statement and I think I finally received one a month later, but I set up a payment through my bank anyway. I have a feeling I am going to have trouble with this when the "same as cash" loan is settled due to their contract wording and first payment date. If this happens, I will definitely lower this to a one star review and there will a lot of hell raising. My biggest complaint is I have over 800 credit rating and this company just seems scammy. I work hard to keep a solid rating and feel like I am dealing with loan sharks who prey on people who are seriously struggling. Each statement only lists the amount of the interested loan and I had to call to find out the actual balance and track it myself. I also have to endure their constant junk mail for additional cash loans. I just feel gross having to deal with this company. Ashley furniture should not use these guys for furniture loans for premium credit customers.

No No No !!! Beware these are loan sharks. Do not go to apply for a loan. You will end up paying triple. And if you get a check in the mail through it away...

Had been dealing with first heritage for years, doing Loans paying them out, paying them on time. I called them to do alone this time and told me I couldn’t do it didn’t even have the common decency to call. Let me know they couldn’t do it.
