Tower Loan, Slidell, LA

I would not recommend tower loan of Slidell. The current branch manager DaQuan Smith is not nice at all. He has stalked my Facebook to try and get information and then interrogate ex boyfriend, tried to call my place of work saying it’s a police matter, calls at 8:30PM! Will have other branches call you if you don’t answer his call! Has called repeatedly after he has been told not to call my place of work or ex boyfriend.

Horrible service. Office manager has a terrible service.Had my direct draft from my bank set up since 10/01/2019 but they never did it in their system as of 03/12/2020.so what they have done to me is keeping charging late fee to my account. Watch out people!!!. It is a scam in that office.

Wow - manager Whitney Jackson is *consistently* belligerent and unhelpful. These ppl are horrible and will completely rip you off.

Don’t do it. Just don’t. Not unless you want $600 to turn into $1300 and hidden ‘insurance’ fees..

Applied for loan, Tower said NO! Then I get a live check in mail for 2500$...NO THANKS!
