My car was paid off years early on 11/1/22. They said they reported it to the Credit Bureaus on 12/1/22 stating the car was paid off. They said they even saw my dispute. However, as of 12/6/22 it was updated from them on my credit report showing the same balance due. My credit is taking a hit because of this.

The cars they finance are rent to own and will never go into your credit score. However they will lie and state they do. They will repo your vehicle even when your payments are up to date due to error on their side, and still make you pay the fee for it. ** if you have a vehicle with them you CAN bring it back without it hurting your score or going into collections*** just take photos and document everything. After paying faithfully on my vehicle, bringing it to mechanics and keeping it insured I had enough. I went to another place and was given a car with LOWER payments LOWER miles and it goes on my credit! The staff is rude. You ask a question you get transferred a thousand times until someone is able to make up an answer. Bringing back that vehicle was the best choice I’ve ever made. They make it seem like you can’t just bring it back, but you can.

This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT agree to financing with this company. My car was repossessed today because these people claimed I didn't pay $100 on my note. If you use this company you know that there is no way to get away with a partial payment. I called them when the repo man showed up at my home, naturally unexpected , as I had just made the payment. The woman on the phone actually hung up on me to call the driver to twll him to take the vehicle. And after I called back I was again hung up on. I was told that the entire staff stood there watching while she counted my money. She didn't like that I ask her if she really expected me to believe that. My husband called back and she spoke with him and was rude with him as well. After they left with my ONLY vehicle we were told to come in and pay over 600$ to get my car back. This isn't the first time they have done this. The other time was due to insurance. I had it and I paid it but it didn't post right away and they repossessed saying I didn't have insurance but the day they came got it the payment posted and again I had to pay a 250$ repo fee...They are absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

This is a horrible company all liars they repoed my car for 80$ and wanted me to pay almost 600$ to get it back and what s bad about it i never missed a payment before i did a partial payment one month and my husband worked for the sells company so they claimed they could take it out his check i shouldnt have trusted that and what makes it worst i had made a payment after that partial one they lied to me telling me that they called all of my references and they were calling me my phone never rang and i have no voicemails i asked her why didnt she call my job she said she didnt want to get me in trouble at work BUT they showed up at my job to repoe the car though! Do not finance with this company!!!!

This is the absolute worst company to finance a vehicle!!! My note was paid and so was my insurance in full for 6 months . My note was due on the 15th and I paid it and the late fee on the 22nd. On the 31st the repo people pulled up on me at a gas station saying I was late on my payment and I didn't have insurance. I showed all of my receipts and they still took my car!!!! I will NOT finance thru them again!
