Horrible online system and employees that do not know how to relay appropriate info to the customer. I will never recommend this business and will actually go out of my way to make sure others know of their shady practices.

I will never in a million years apply for a loan at this company again. I called in to make a payment as I normally do. In the process of making a payment, I asked what my balance was and she gave me my balance and it was double what the previous employee told me it was. I asked to talk to a manger, and she didn’t help at all and blamed everything on the previous employee that was there and still told me that I would have to pay it. She also told me my loan interest rate jump $300 plus dollars in 2 months!!! And told me that should have paid it off between 6 to 12 months. So not happy with this company!!!. I will make sure I let everyone I know to never use this company ever!!!

They dont even deserve one star. Im not upset that i got denied. But the customer service representative is a complete joke.

I’ve tried before using the online applications for a loan and it was a hassle. I was very impressed and pleased every short step through it. I filled it out and it’s very simple. I received a text telling to be looking for a 601 area code to call. I received it a few hours later and was asked some personal questions and this was Friday evening. The next business day around 3:00pm I checked my account and it was there. Thank you tower loan and thank you for keeping it simple

Heather at the west Monroe location was very rude and hateful all I did is ask a question on how to help pay off my loan she hung up the phone in my face, then had her boss call us …she was also very not nice and unprofessional we said one word to her about not paying the bill in the store so we didn’t have to see Heather and she jumped off the deep end and went off on us. I wouldn’t use them as a loan company

Tower Loan's "loan-by-check" offer came at a sad time in my life when I needed extra funds right after my wife had died. As an ongoing customer of Tower Loan, it's comforting to know that my financial needs can be met without my having to go to their office to complete a lengthy loan application.
