My experience at Cash Cow was great! Cherika was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I would recommend asking for Cherika you would not be disappointed!

This was my first time dealing with Cash Cow, and It was a great experience. In a time where I believe customer service isn't priority for many business, it was a pleasure dealing with people and a company that still cares. Every time I went in or spoke with someone on the phone, there was always professionalism and the never made me feel less than or like I was bothering them because I needed to borrow money. I would definitely recommend the Zachary location ONLY!!

I went into this location recently and I met a young lady named Jayana. She said she was the new store manager. Very friendly, nice, and professional. Also, Bo greeted me as well. They took very good care of me and I will definitely be back into this location. Both was very professional the entire time I was inside of this location.

These people have continued to call my business in search of someone who no longer possess my number. I've asked that they remove my number and the so-called manager Shericka refuses to remove my number. She placed me on hold and never came back to the line. I'm currently still on hold. This is despicable behavior and you should never use a business that harasses people who does not even have a loan from them.
