So much interest on the loans they don’t work with u if u have major issues they come to your house for anything and disrespect if u are living with someone else they bang on the door as if they are the police just no respect at all once I’m done I’m done with this company.

The worst company to deal with I’m so sorry that they brought out the Previous company I use to deal with when I called in to make a claim no one knew what to do I had to get in contact with my own Gap insurance company and call them back to tell them they had to call the Gap insurance they all pass the phone not to hold responsibility called for to get the number for corporate no one’s knows it this company is a joke I’ll never do business with them again once my case is closed I would not recommend anyone to them

The employees are so unprofessional. I’ve been hung up on and talked to horrible. I wish I would never have done business with them honestly.

Terrible place. Worked there for a week. Ruthless, unfair, unjust, inconsiderate, and apathetic to all customer needs. Only care about your money and when you are going to pay them.
