If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. After 10 years of garbage customer service and insane amounts of fees, I’m closing my account. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other Bank in Berkshire County, I can guarantee you will get better service than this establishment provides. Was charged 7 30$ overdraft fees, totaling 210$ due to a series of issues with my direct deposit. Provided appropriate documentation and a letter on my behalf from my employers HR department. Refunded me 1 charge as a “courtesy”. zero sympathy or understanding. I’ve been a customer for 10 years, and I thoroughly regret not closing this account sooner.

Very friendly people and very nice people that are very helpful

I have had this bank for over nine years, and I have finally had enough. They lock my account without telling me. Don’t have a 24 hour customer service for help. This branch in every single location in Berkshire county has retards working for them.
