Adams Community Bank, Adams, MA

I have never had any issues with this bank until now. I went to make a deposit through the drive thru. I counted the amount I was depositing three times and the last time I counted was right before I put the money through the slot where then the teller received it. After my transaction the teller returned my receipt and the deposit she put I was $50 short. I was 100% sure of my deposit. I had give her two $50 bill is but she told me she only received one $50 bill along with the other bills. The teller implied that it must have flown out of the slot. When I put the money through the slot I had $400 cash, from that point to her taking it $50 went missing on their time and they did not replace it.

Friendly and helpful tellers. This community based bank provides a variety of services for my banking needs. A good fit for my needs.

They are aways helpful and polite in a society that seems to forget that those traits exist. It is very much appreciated!

Best bank in town

On 6 different occasions, my debit card gets locked continually for normal, regular purchases (a trip to Walmart, ordering gaming supplies, etc.) This time my card was locked right as the customer assistance line stopped answering for the weekend, leaving me with a full paycheck I can't touch for days when I need it. Finding a better bank than these clowns.
