There’s a good reason that their most recent positive review is over a year old… Worst customer service imaginable. They don’t answer calls, they’re rude, snarky, and argumentative with customers with not a modicum of professionalism or compassion between the lot of them. Jennifer and Felicia don’t deserve to work in any capacity with the public.

I highly DON’T recommend this service. They took money out of my account even after I had pay off my car - I’m waiting for over 40 days for the refund and so far nothing. Terrible service ever!

I was seeking for a second car and I applied online and Justin called me. At first I was hesitant but Justins customer service skills set me at ease. I can honestly say this has been the best experience for my wife and I thus far with a car dealership. Justin is a phenomenal sales person! He helped us every step of the way. If you’re looking for a vehicle visit AutoUse! Ask for Justin, you won’t regret it.

I have bad credit and always been such a hard worker but have no family and friends to rely on totally random but my Uber driver told me about this place and told me to speak to Seth and I made a friend a guy who didn’t know me but wanted to help me. There isn’t a lot of people , let me rephrase that there isn’t ENOUGH of people like Seth he was more concerned with repairing my credit and my future of being successful then his own income he was more concerned about a safe car for me then his commission. Soooo many businesses should learn from them! Even talking to him today a year later that’s what he reassured me of again what the plan is and should be. He’s wonderful and I would only recommend him and that company I will ONLY do business with them. Seth is the best!

I live in and bought my car in NC and my financing was done by this company. My credit is not that great due to a previous voluntary repossession on a car that ended up needing repairs that cost more than the car itself. I've never had any issues with this company. I've never had any reason to contact them though, other than to make payment changes due to account or bank card changes and I've always had a pleasant experience. Yes, the interest rates are high but those are consequences of less than stellar credit, no fault of theirs. My 2009 Dodge still runs just fine. If they have some type of program for return buyers with reduced rates, I'd use them for financing again.

I have used this company on a few different occasions over the years to finance and purchase cars, I've always received great customer service, and received my titles in a timely manner once vehicles were paid off. Great company and they definitely work with you if your going to be a few days late with your car payment .

Auto use auto loan has been the worst experience of my life the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service iv ever had in all my life. When I had to make payments every month they were almost impossible to talk to and get in touch with and when I tried to get the buy out price to sell the car they ignored my calls and ignored Carmax calls and wouldn’t help us or respond to us at all. Worst company iv ever been apart of and I’m glad I got out when I did. Don’t use them.
