Extremely disappointed in this bank. I have had an account since I was 16 almost 10 years. And this last year has been disappointing on how many times my card cause gotten canceled due to possible fraud without me even asking them to cancel. I want the purchase declined but not always a canceled card. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 weeks without a debit card. UNACCEPTABLE. Sorry but you have lost me as a customer.

First thing - I am not sharing my name publicly. But I am so frustrated with this bank right now. Multiple times have I had to have my card canceled when it wasn’t even my choice - I had some fraud and I’m happy to call back and decline purchases but stop automatically canceling my card. Now it’s been almost 2 full weeks without a debit card and I have no signs or receiving a new one. Extremely frustrated, and thinking a lot about leaving this bank. Just completely unacceptable.

My worst experience ever at a bank. They always seem to make withdrawals an issue for me even when I provide multiple forms of identification such as passport, license, etc. Why would I make an account at a bank and have my money deposited there if taking my own legal money always seems to be an issue. I called because I wanted to make a big withdrawal and they told me I had to wait until next week because of covid but that bank is fully operating so that excuse doesn’t even seem to make sense. I’m going to take all my money out and terminate my account with them and go to another bank because I shouldn’t be having these types and as many issues as I face with goldmark. HIGHLY HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL TO ANYONE.

Recently dealt with the need to purchase a new vehicle and had some difficulty securing a loan from other banks because of my current student loan debt, not only did Goldmark help get me the loan they also helped me set up all of my payments and made sure I was not left in the dark on making sure i got the best rate possible. I've been banking with them for almost 30 years and they r by far the most personal, friendly and helpful bank I've ever been to in my life I have and always will recommend them to ppl I know! I do wish they had a perk for when u recommend ppl to there bank and they sign up like alot of other banks do! But other then that I think they r great!!
