Sadly, there are some nasty tellers at the Hyannis and Yarmouth Port locations lately. After many years of loyal banking, we have taken all of our accounts, incl. checking, savings, CDs, etc., elsewhere and referred our friends and companies elsewhere, also.

They take care of my personal and businesses accounts for more than 14 years. I like that way of treating you as a person and not just a number, they call you by name and all the time is professional and polote.

Pick another bank. This babk has terrible, rude customer service and shady illegal business practices. They illegally added a person to my account without my permission and then insisted on closing the account when I demanded he be removed. I was going to close my account anyway and asked them to wait a week to get my availability setup with a different bank but they then insisted on closing it before I was ready to cover up their mistake. This caused my check to bounce and payments to be deposited to be returned, causing me a huge headache. Worst bank ever!!
