They do the majority of the work and deal directly with the creditors, all I had to do was make the monthly payment on time to DMB and they do the rest. DMB as able to reduce my debt by about 50% which I never thought was possible. They are the experts I just make the payment. If you are looking to get back on your financial feet talk with DMB This has been a very good experience. I didn’t know how this worked and what to expect but after the introduction call everything was explained and I felt comfortable talking about what I need and how DMB can help . The communication with the company has been great. Always kept undated with the settlements. Serena would call occasionally just to check in and see how I was doing. This experience has been great I would strongly suggest if you are struggling financially and don’t know what to do, talk with DMB I’m sure they can help.
