They are rude don't fix anything .when you call to let them no there is a maintenance issue they say they will put in a work order it took them 3 weeks to respond I have rented a place from them and come to find out the frig didn't work, when raining the celling leaked no heat during the weather months. When told they don't do anything..

I just did some work for this company and although the job took alot more time than it should have it came out amazing! They are wonderful people to do business with Erin, Scott, and Sara and the rest of the staff that make them such an enjoyable company to work for! Definitely an A++++ Would do business with them anytime!

Ive rented from this company since May 2012. I've always experienced positive response.I would recommend them to anyone who asked about it.

Rent off these people. Loose water all the time currently have no water and they dont answer there phones or call back 4 appartments and 2 houses with out water. Slumloards
