Came here with a family member so they could cash a stimulus check. They said they refuse to cash anything older than 7 days, meanwhile behind the woman saying this, is a man smoking crack at the drive thru window getting a check cashed. You don't do anything about that or the people doing coke in their cars, but you can't do a check longer than 7 days that's from the Treasury.

honestly with my experience your service depends on the time you get there and who helps you. Also there website is definitely misleading. You would think they do help with other things as payday loans etc but they do none. I appreciate that they have been in our community for many of years trying to do there best to serve us but they are still trying to figure a way to do that at its best.

The website is highly misleading. It says” if you need money now come to us” as if it provides payday loan service but when I called, they only do check cashing. I told the guy over the phone that their website is misleading but it seems he didn't care.

Extremely poor customer service. There is a light skinned woman with glasses who works there and is very ignorant to customers and cannot answer questions.

Absolutely the worst costumer service. Very rude and they only have one person working. Waited in line for over twenty minutes.
