Rude and unprofessional. I called asking about loan programs and I was told they could not help and for me not to call again. They asked if it was sales, I said yes because I wanted to speak to someone in sales because I had questions about their programs. They told me I was trying to sell something, but I was not I was trying to ask about their loan program.
