Don't waste your time with these people. When you first speak to them starting/finishing your application, they are great! Nice and professional! The follow up people are rude like they hate their jobs! Guess what, you are in the people market, check your attitude! Don't be a penny short or a 1 minute late because they will immediately start harassing you through phone calls and emails threatening collections! This usually takes 30 days, not with this company! I wished I never used them already! I'll be going to my bank to pay this loan off and make payments through my bank instead!

Definitely not a scam like so many reviews are say. Just make sure you understand what you’re signing up for before you finalize any agreement. I’ve been working with them for years and haven’t had any issues. Just takes some common sense.

They illegally took money from my account, without authorization and told me 5-7 business days to get it back, call taker refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Update: Once I was able to speak with supervisors and management they were all understanding and helpful. They made commitments and resolved my issue. Thank you! For the hard work.

TIMEPAYMENT is the BEST equipment finance company! They always help us and are very quick with assistance. Their team had the foresight to clear any potential issues before they occurred. Greatly appreciate the amazing customer service!

I highly recommend using ANY company but this one. Shortly after signing up, our service was less than operational. I made multiple phone calls regarding the issues and they were never resolved. I called to cancel due to selling my home on 8-10-22. The rep I spoke with assured that it was canceled. I also followed up with an email and was confirmed by Gale Connelly in customer support that “your account has been closed and monitoring signal is cancelled.” Yesterday, 8-18-22, the agent who represented the buyer for my home reached out to say the alarm was going off and would not stop. She lived in the house for EIGHT DAYS at this point!!! I gave her my alarm code to turn it off and immediately emailed the company. (I am a nurse and I am unable to call while at work) I received an email back this morning from the same woman stating that the account was not cancelled. The lack of communication, responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable. How secure is the system if the new home owner was able to access the home without codes for over a week? Only giving ⭐️ bc ZERO isn’t an option

STAY AWAY trust me… this company will rip you off. They’ll give you money, but trust me when I tell you, they do not report to the credit bureau properly. My account was always good and they still screwed me over charging crazy interest charging things that I never knew about if you’re a small business “DO NOT” this company.

Absolutely could not have gone better. I have a lot going on it my life right now and it seemed effortless even with so much going on. The people were all very easy to talk to and everything is very straight forward. You will not regret contacting this company.

Excellent company with hands-on experience getting us setup as a vendor for one of our customers that wanted to finance their tool purchase. Our acct manager was responsive, prompt and took the time to understand our business and took time to show me around their vendor portal. This is a great resource for our customers. We've always been apprehensive about offering this type of option, but not anymore. Had full funding for our customer's purchase within 24 hours of shipping. Very happy with TimePayment and their helpful, professional staff. Thank you!
