When first purchased I use to say they were bad but after time there are actually good people doing they job my payment are a week done and if I ever had problems they understood and helped . Overall 2 years later no complaints.

Genuinely folks its not hard, make your payments on time, and they will be the friendliest most understanding group of people you'll ever deal with. If you're having an issue that's out of your control go to them ahead of time let them know the situation and when it will be fixed. If you make them chase you for money Don't be surprised if they're not overjoyed to speak with you. -09 vw jetta

It must be so nice to be able to be so completely unprofessional in the work place when dealing with other companies. Spoke to Donna with CNAC this morning and she was an absolute witch who loved throwing snide comments any moment she could while we were on the phone.
