Very awesome credit union. Opening a new checking account or savings account here is super easy. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. Had no trouble setting up direct deposit. The ATM is available 24 hours and is very easy to use if you drive a large truck or SUV. I'm definitely happy I decided to work with this credit union.

I've been with Freedom Credit Union for almost 7 years, the staff there is amazing, especially the staff at the Easthampton branch! They are all so helpful with all of my banking needs. It's so nice, in this day and age, to walk into any business, and be called by name! It's so nice! Thank you Freedom for giving me such a wonderful experience, every time I walk in!
