From the start, I was immediately under the gun to get a quick 1-day turnaround local loan pre-qualification. Kate responded on the weekend to clearly explain the simple process and quickly delivered the pre-qualification documentation I needed with the necessary amount and a very favorable interest rate. Once my offer was accepted, Kate and her team pointed me to their easy to use app where I got my notification, status updates, and repository for necessary documentation. When it came time to select my homeowners insurer, I was partial to working with Geico based on my customer experience with them, even though Kate suggested another recommended vendor. Once I relayed the quoted policy amount and terms, Kate asserted that her recommended vendor could do significantly better, which she did by saving me $800/year with the same policy requirements. Because of Kate and her teams' comprehensive experience, prompt, professional, and clear communications and solid customer service, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loan.

I worried that I might be annoying with how many questions I had, but Kate, Maryanne, and Sharon were all incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend RMS as a mortgage lender. My spouse and I were in the process of buying our first home and it almost fell through at the last minute was it not for Kate our loan officer. Many other lenders gave us rates that were absurdly high despite our high credit scores whereas RMS offered us an absurdly low rate and even found credits that we qualified for. My loan officer Kate was awesome beyond measure again - she always made herself available, answered every single questions, made sure she looked into every single loan package option to ensure we had the best one. Their app is also very user friendly and is a great resource to find answers, has a great mortgage calculator and most importantly shows you where you are in the process which reduces the anxiety. The person who referred me to Kate is a real estate attorney and described her as “the best in the business” she’s seen. I have not worked with any other officers but I don’t think I’ll be going against that statement nor need to test out other officers in the future. I think Kate does it for me, 5 star service!
