Wonderful helpful staff, knowledgeable Branch Managers. Easy access. Excellent Savings rates. I’ve used many different banks and after moving to Fairhaven and on the recommendation of a family member I decided to give this bank a try. I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend.

Best bank I have ever dealt with. My whole family now comes to Bank 5 in Fairhaven. Kathy is so nice and so is everyone else. We won't go anywhere but Bank 5 .

They tell you to come to the drive thru to open an account, then at the drive thru they make you wait 20 minutes then tell you you cannot open an account at the drive thru. BankZero

Fran Oliveira, Manager and Maria Coelho , Assistant Manager are amazing. I went for a Mass Save heat loan. They are patient, helpful and very accommodating. They made the process easy and answered all our questions. I have never been to a bank where I felt like family.
