Claudette and her team (especially Danielle and Lindsay) were absolutely amazing to work with. SO responsive, even during off-hours, and worked incredibly quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend, especially for first time homebuyers!

I have been with Bank Five many years. My first mortgage they were amazing. Just went to refinance and the staff seem incompetent. Will never use their mortgage services again no matter the rate.

Awful customer service. Deposit operations manager Vicky Hathaway refused to take responsibility for withdrawing money from my uncle's account and returning it to the U.S Treasury in error. Then, she refused to help us get back the money that was rightfully his. Unbelievable mess she caused. Had to get Congessman Kennedy office involved to resolve. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! As you know, neither of those circumstances apply to my uncle. He is NOT deceased and his account was active. Your bank did not assist us in resolving the issue
