Never buy jewelry from this Pawn Shop. I saw a silver chain from here for $250.00 and a week later went to Walmart and saw a better silver chain for $99.00

I've had nothing but great service from this store. Don't listen to these "bad" manager reviews. The manager and all staff have been very polite and helpful to me and every customer I've been witness to. This store has never sold me a item that didn't work. If you are looking for something without the high price tag and works well, check out Fall River Pawn Brokers. I'm happy I did!

Fall River pawnbrokers at 1475 South main Street sell you items that don't work and then refuse to offer exchange or refunds its absolute horrible business and way of treating customers!! Shame on this business for treating people like this and doing that kind of business! I couldn't go back the following day due to no vehicle that day and I had both my kids. You would think they would have some sort of compassion and customer service since this was the second remote from the same transaction that wasn't working, but not at all! They stiffed me 25$ and a broken ps3 remote. Poor poor service and horrible people for doing so. Take your business to New England Pawn. They have always been great and respectful!! I would if originally bought from there but they didn't have any remotes, I'll forever wait next time.

Wicked awesome place friendly professional service and was willing to work with me on payments. Me and my fiancé put a ring on layaway and was pleasantly surprised when they had a sale going on it ended that day and they still gave us the sale price. Dylan is exceptional and is always wicked sweet and kind. Highly recommend this pawnshop out of them all in the city.

Bought a 50 in smart tv. Got it home to find out there's no way to download anything in it. It has Arabic apps and etc in it. When I called they refused to take it back or even trade for another which I'd pay the difference for. I wasn't told about having to call back in 24 hrs and it wasn't on any signed paperwork, and it STILL hasn't been 30 days. I wasn't able to speak to the woman that sold it to me, they said it was me that messed with the tv, the manager yelled at me and hung up. They burnt me for $266 after 9 yrs of service.
