It's not even my own credit union, but my family and I moved to the Falmouth house for COVID relief from downtown Boston, where the only branch of my own credit union is located. But they are part of a network and offer courtesy transactions by simply providing my own credit union information and proper ID. This has been a life saver for me and I really appreciate how easy they make it for me. 5/5 every time.

I didn't know I had to qualify for a savings account. And the troll who helped me was not helpful in anyway. All I had to to was become a member and everything would have worked out, but he put in zero effort to help me and let me know what I should do.

This place is a joke. I've been calling them for over 2 weeks to pay my loan off, and I cannot get a hold of any agents. The office near me closed down and when I call customer service they say there's 37 people ahead of me.
