I have had nothing but great experiences with my local branch of Berkshire Bank.They have friendly, fun, and knowledgeable staff. Since starting my own LLC, I have found them most helpful with any needs I have regarding banking and financial advice/ideas

Drive thru supposed to be open at 830 Waited in line till 9am with 10+ cars waiting This place is a joke

They have the slowest drive up window in South county! 20 minute wait and still a back to you at the drive up window!

Berkshire bank is probably the worst bank that ever existed. On so many levels. All the levels actually. Don’t even bother with them. Their online system is a joke. It’s literally impossible to set up wire transfers and they charge you for incoming wires. They gave me a debit card with the wrong name on it on the joint account I have with my husband and then never replaced it despite my efforts to get it to be corrected. No one has time for the amount of work it takes to make anything work right with them. Pick a different bank. Adams Community Bank is beyond amazing. Bye Berkshire Bank.

Unfortunately took 10 minutes just waiting through the drive-thru before was able to deposit checks, and did not get a full statement.

I have called 6 times in 2 days , left a message but never got a return call .. what is it. ?????
