Been doing business here since 1991. The service, employees, atmosphere has always been A1. It’s nice to be greeted by name. On the few occasions I’ve had something I didn’t understand or need help with it’s fixed immediately. Really happy with Freedom Credit Union in Greenfield.

Such an amazing bank with great employees and very very helpful

I kept getting charged for things that I did not subscribe for. So I kept getting insufficient funds charges and I tried to explain myself. The reversed it 3 times for me then when it happened again I tried my best to explain and they said they couldn't reverse it. I just had a baby and trying to make ends meet is obviously difficult especially because of the pandemic so I asked them for help of they could do it one last time and I would close the account they still insisted they couldn't help so my account is in the negatives

If you want the best banking experience, then come here! Hands down the best! The tellers are top notch super friendly and professional! They always are a pleasure! Can't say that about many banks!

Always friendly and they know your name. No long lines. I’ve gotten a car loan and a personal loan and they offer great rates and personal service.
