Jody Lewis is wonderful my husband and I had to do business at CC5 she could not of been anymore kind, knowledgeable, very helpful. She definitely is an asset to CC5 She is the reason we have been banking ar CC5 for 29 years. Customer service like we were shown says it all !! Does anyone know how many people of color work at the Harwichport branch? The banks facebook page shows very few photos of minorities as of today Feb 13 2020. Visit their page and see for yourself. They also close clients accounts without explanation. While legal, this should be concerning to clients past, present, and future. This is a large bank that manages assets of $3 billion and over $3 billion in deposits. Transparency would be appreciated.
