I went in a few days ago to look at and purchase some jewelry; I was greeted by a young man with a beard who was extremely helpful and professional. The layout of the store is simple enough that it isn't hard to find anything and there are a lot of Good items here. Overall I was happy with the customer service and the quality of the store. I've already recommended to friends.

Horrible customer service..I bought a silver ring for $90 and i brought it in to pawn it to see how much I can get for it and they offered me $2. On top of that the employees treat you like crap. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to ANYONE! Don't waste your time going there. Also it's funny because outside of their business they have a sign saying "They pay the most than any other pawn shop" HaHa....What a lie! As I said before.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I have been going to this place for 9 years or so and within the last past couple of years they have changed the staff,the guy that used to work there with the beard light skin had excellent customer service loved coming every time but recently the people that they have working there and not all of them specifically one person in particular always looks like she hates being there from the minute she walks into the door but I went last week to see how much they would pond one of my rings for I wasn’t excited with the price so didn’t decide to pond it at that time went back 1 wk later the price dropped 30$ and the customer service was horrible I left it because I had no other choice but definitely getting both of my rings out sooner than planned and definitely not coming back any more

Don't ever go to this place they such a ripoff I took them a brand new dewalt drill set never been open with 2 drills and the hole set that I paid $230 for and they tried and play me like I'm a crack head or something in offering me 40 bucks for it when I was listening to them speak that there going for $250 online and they can sale it for $200 and then offers me $40 bucks that's crazy man I'll never be going here again lost a customer for good and ill make sure everyone I know never goes there either...
