I've been a member for close to 20 years now and I can state, definitely, that this is the best financial institution that I've had business with. The customer service is exceptional! I saw the review by someone who had a fraud situation occur but I've had several of those over the years, it's the world we live in now unfortunately, and Hanscom's Fraud team responded quickly every time, advising me on steps to take and resolving every incident to my satisfaction. I've had terrible experiences over the years with all of the "big name" banks with the clever commercials but Hanscom outshines them all. Highest recommendation! A+++++

Contacted HFCU about an auto loan refinancing, and received excellent service from Helder — quick responses, a great rate, and a straightforward process. Although I didn't end up finalizing the deal, it wasn't a reflection on the bank — this team is fantastic.

I would like to make known that I have been with HFCU for about 10yrs now and I must say it has always been a great experience. Today I had the overall BEST experience yet with Helder Raposo. Helder has made the start of my loan process incredible. He took his time, explained in full detail all of Hanscom products that pertain to me. He analyzed my credit report and came up with a great plan to better my score. I not only turn to Hanscom for Helders incredible customer service but for all my loan products. As an active duty guy they are awful for loans, cedit score in 800s denied due to technicality of not applying in person. Dumbest thing ive ever seen. Hard pull. Active duty beware.

Not happy with this credit union. But this is where the dealer got me a loan. Should have went through my own bank. Probably would have got a better rate also. People are as dumb as rocks here.
