My wife and I went to this place last week. Spoke to a gentleman over the phone prior to arrival. He quoted me a $150 loan on a .999 10 oz bar of silver. When I we arrived I told him I actually needed $200; $50 more then the quote he gave me. He loaned me the extra $50 ($200 total) without hesitation and assured me he wouldn’t drill into my silver bar following my anxiety asking him not to drill into my bar. He used a this yellow analysis machine to test my silver right in front of me. Highly recommended. The reason I gave them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because I still have to go back and cure my loan and take back possession of my silver bar. If I get the exact same silver bar back in the exact same condition I’ll update my review and add the additional star and without a shadow of a doubt I am a satisfied customer. DON’T LOSE YOUR PAWN TICKET(S)!!!!

I have been doing business here for quite awhile and it use to be a descent business but not anymore. Do not do business here. They can NOT be trusted, they are not dependable and he does not stick to his word. For about 2 years I have been going there looking for that special gift for my husband. Our 35th wedding anniversary was July 29th. I went to the store 2 weeks ago and found a bracelet for him that was perfect. I asked him to hold it for me. I even offered money for him to hold it he said no don't worry about it I will hold it. He comes in my work. He came in this week and I told him I would be in at the end of the week to get the bracelet. He said ok. On Friday I went to get the bracelet because my husband and I were going for dinner and exchanging anniversary gifts.. When I walked in he said the clasp was broke on the bracelet but he had one but I would have to have it sauded on somewhere else . I said ok. He couldn't find one immediately but he told me to give him time and he would call me when he found one. I asked him it will be today right he said YES. After 3 hrs I called the store and his brother said they hadn't found the clasp yet but try in the morning. I was up all night upset so first thing in the morning I went to the store. He was out front and I asked him what was up. He said he didn't have a clasp. What jeweler doesn't have a clasp. I said ok I will buy it the way it was figuring I'd just go get a clasp. He said no I am going to fix it and sell it. I was like what. I said ok when are you going to do that. He said not in the near future. I was so upset I told him give me the other items I had in there and I would not do business with him again. I would like to report him to the BBB. He ruined my whole anniversary. Please be careful he will screw you if he can...

I'm from Kentucky and have done several deals with this shop online. They are very fair and have been amazing to work with. I have worked with many shops around the globe and this is by far the best in my honest opinion. Thanks for everything and looking forward to doing even more business.

This is a family owned business with the dog included and that's how they treat you. I unfortunately had to bring my engagement ring there which is the world to me in thought that I'd get it back in 2 months top. Its now been Foreva and I have been the worst pain in the butt for them. I'm only able to pay the interest (barely) since i can't work now due to illness and many hospital stays, But they are absolutely wonderful understanding men and actually seem to care about people. Ive been to another place that i thought was great but no place beats them! They're great with prices and not out to just make the quick buck. I foreva owe them even after i FINALLY pay in full!

Went to all the shops in Lynn to try and sell one of my chains, they gave me the best price right off the bat. They definitely gained a customer.

Just based on the phone call I made to them and the responses I see from the owners I will not step foot in this place. Very very unprofessional and you let reviews get under your skin and become quite immature with your replies. Grow up .
