Cape Cod Five in Mashpee is my home away from home. I’m one of those people who likes to bank in person. When I walk in, it’s like my extended family. I’ve known Linda Steele for years. She has been so great to me about my banking matters. A classy lady. Very patient, kind. Other staff always great as well- Darin, Sally, all the tellers! My favorite bank.

I have been banking at cape cod five for many years and I have to say this location is by far my favorite! As soon as you walk in you can feel the warm welcoming environment and all of the tellers are more than happy to help you in anyway! Everyone is always smiling and ready to help! I will forever be banking here!

Friendly workers and great customer service. Victoria recently helped to open bank accounts and was very helpful and speedy.

This Mashpee location has a tall younger woman working there that has total attitude every Friday or Sat I go in ! She (I didn't catch her name) but I will soon, gives us a hard time every week for simply asking to include the balance at the bottom of the deposit slip ! This helps my mother balance her checkbook easier. I mean we are only making a deposit ! No return money at all, yet this woman asks me a million freaking questions about who is on the account ! My mother is handicapped and has major foot problems so she can't walk which I have explained already ! Customer Service at this branch is horrible ! We will be closing our account soon as a result ! Total waste of time with this mom & pop small time bank interrogating you every visit ! No Thanks

CC5 was very dishonest with me about an IRA cd. They rolled it over at 1/8 of what the going rate was for another cd a month shorter. This is what they do with "captured" customers. Charged fee for this dishonesty, and they tried to return the IRA cd money to me not as an IRA. This would have cost me thousands in taxes after the many hundreds CC5 had already cheated me out of. I hoped local banks were more honest than big chain banks. I was very wrong about that with CC5.
